The starting point is small food stall
1998年12月2日、「ラーメン屋夏堀」は自宅兼店舗の「夏堀米穀店」を改装してオープンしました。当時はカウンター5席、小上がり席2卓の小さなお店。初代の夏堀隆夫が昼はラーメン店で修行をし、夜は妻の厚子とともに小さな屋台を引いていました。4人の子供達はみんな学生、一番下の次男はまだ小学生でした。47歳の一代決心。
2014年、新店舗に移転後も20年間変わらず大切にしているのは、お世話になっているお客様への感謝を忘れず、心も体もあたたまる一杯をお届けすることです。
On December 2, 1998, "Ramen Restaurant Natsubori" was opened by renovating "Natsubori Rice-factor" at home and at the store. At that time it was a small restaurant with 5 counters and 2 small tables. Takao Natsubori trained at a ramen restaurant at noon and was opening a small food stall with his wife Atsuko at night. The youngest son was still an elementary school student, and all four children were students. A 47 year old man's decision. In 2014, even after relocation to a new restaurant, from that time on for 18 years we will not forget the gratitude to the customers, to deliver a bowl of Ramen with heart and body warm.

二代目店主。夏堀家の長男に生まれる。コツコツやることに長けているが、父親譲りのお酒好きで禁酒は続かず。柔道初段。スポーツ観戦が趣味。生え際が気になるため数年前からヘアースタイルは坊主頭と固定化された。
Second restaurant owner. Born in the eldest son of the Natsubori family. He is good at doing things, but Abstinence is not continued because of his father is drinker. He holds a 1st degree black belt in Judo. Watching sports is a his hobby. Since his hairline is anxious, his hair styles was fixed with shaved head for several years.

二代目店主の妻「ひとぷー」は鶴居村の酪農家の長女。忙しくなると味噌チャーシューが「ミソタースー」になる。愛犬はトイプードルのプーちゃん13歳で、すべての動物を愛してやまない元トリマー。
The second restaurant owner's wife "Hitomi" is the eldest daughter of dairy farmer in Tsurui village. When she is busy, Miso chashu will called "Misota-su" by her. Her toy poodle is called "Pooh" is 13 years old. She is a former trimmer who loves all animals.

Megumi NATSUBORI
元気しか取り柄がないと自他ともに認める声の大きさ。母とキャラが被っているとの噂が。イラストが特技で早とちりが特徴。父の隆夫に一番顔が似ている。
Her good point is only cheerful character. Her voice is big enough to admit both self and other. There are rumors that her mother’s character and her character are very alike.
Illustration is a her special ability and one of her feature is jumping to conclusion. She looks the most like her father.

初代店主の妻。肝っ玉すぎる母。お客様に絡むと話し込む癖があり痛快なダジャレも飛び出す。麺が伸びる場合があり要注意。好きなテレビは「相棒」と「ためしてガッテン」。
The wife of the first restaurant owner.
She is mother of Natsubori familliy who too lovely.
She has a tendency to talk too much, and she often says Dajare.Noodle may grow and be careful. Her favorite television is "Aibou(Buddy)" and "Tameshite GATTEN(Try it with GATTEN)".

旧店舗時代のお隣さんで夏堀家と幼馴染の「のんちゃん」。3人の子どもの育て方がママ友から評判で保育士デビューを囁かれている。肝っ玉母ちゃん2。
She is old Natsubori ramen restaurant’s next door neighbor. She is “Non-chan” who childhood friend with Natsubori.
Her childcare of three children is popular among her mum friends and whispered that she will be childcare worker.
She is also “lovely mother”.
